Here's What You Do |

- You must enter into an exclusive buyer agency relationship with McDonald Realty Group.
This agreement protects you by guaranteeing our intent to rebate you 1% at closing.
McDonald Realty Group only offers the rebate to buyers who utilize us as their exclusive
buyer's agent, and who purchase listed property (or new construction) offering a buyer's agent commission.
- You must indicate to any listing agent and/or register with any new construction representative
from the beginning that you are working exclusively with McDonald Realty Group as your buyer's agent.
- Rebate must appear on the HUD - 1 Closing Statement
- Purchase price of the property must be greater than $150,000.
